Your official academic record lives with your university: the registrar, DegreeWorks, and your advisor. nuvuro never replaces those systems, never writes to them, and never claims their approval. What you see in nuvuro is a planning view built from the information you provide and the catalog data available to nuvuro.

• Treat anything you paste or upload from a transcript as sensitive personal information.
• Only add your own records, or records you are clearly authorized to use.
• You review everything before it is saved, and you can remove courses from your profile at any time.
• nuvuro uses this information for planning only, never to change or report anything official.

Before you register, drop, or make any decision that affects your record, confirm it with official university sources. If nuvuro and your university ever disagree, your university is right, and we would like to hear about it through the Report an issue page so we can fix the planning data.

nuvuro is an independent planning tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the University of St. Thomas, and it has not been certified against any records-privacy framework. We treat the planning information you give us with care, as described on the privacy page, and we keep the boundary between planning help and official records explicit everywhere in the product.
